This will upgrade from a Stable Rom 10.3.2 and earlier, do not install BETA 6 if you want Stable updates

Check @ironass post above. Post #3 on 1st page of this thread on how to get Beta 6

    Or use the file below.

    OP6 - Full Update

    https://otafsg1.h2os.com/patch/amaz...s6Oxygen_22_OTA_065_all_2004012100_8b55d3.zip

If you use a computer to download the file.

Plug your phone into your computer and copy the downloaded .zip to your phone’s main root storage.

If you’re using a Mac, you can install Android File Transfer from Appstore for this operation.

If you download it on your phone move the file out of any folders into the Main root storage

After the .zip file is copied to your phone, go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm. The update takes about a minute or two (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

You could wait for the next Stable update, in which case, if the build is a newer date than Beta 6 you can upgrade with no data loss

If you do want to downgrade. You would need to use the Msm Download tool. I will need to call on our downgrade expert @ironass for that one. Hopefully he may be along to explain it to you.

It will involve Data loss, so you will need to backup your phone.

I meant more so choppy frame rate....lol. thanks

If you mean in gaming, then maybe, maybe not. You would have to try it and let us know.

But generally it's the Game developers who have to make their games compatible with Android 10 to fix that.

ROLL-BACK FROM OPEN BETA ANDROID 10 TO STOCK ANDROID 9/10

    Plan A
Wait until a new stock, stable, release of OxygenOS is released, (10.3.3), and download the FULL firmware and flash it in Local Upgrade with no loss of data.

    Plan B
If you feel that you simply cannot live with the current version of Android 10 Open Beta on your phone and would like to roll-back to the last version of stable Android 9 or latest stable Android 10, (10.3.2)... here's how.

(TOP TIP: Since downgrading from Android 10 to Android 9 will wipe your phone, why not do a Factory Data reset, on your existing Android 10 first and check out if your issues persist.)

You will need to use the OnePlus roll-back firmware which will wipe your phone and downgrade you to Android 9, stock OxygenOS.

See downloads and instructions for both OnePlus 6 & 6T, rollback firmwares...

[GUIDE] Rollback/downgrade from OOS Android 10/Q to stable 9/Pie

You can then download the latest version of Android 9 stock Oxygen OS 9.0.9/9.0.17 from here to upgrade to the last Android 9 release for the 6 & 6T by using Local Upgrade on the phone and the instructions provided, this is required before downloading the latest stock, stable, OxygenOS Android 10, (10.3.2), release from the OnePlus Downloads & Update Store.

That's right its Beta 35 of all Android versions since the phone came out nearly 2 years ago, but it's Beta 6 of Android 10
