    I've filed a bug report about this, and originally gotten a cookie cutter response from a oneplus bughunter, to which I provided logs, then never heard back, and am being asked for logs again. is there any way to track a bug I submitted and see where the team is in investigation? thanks

    This the Beta thread, there are supposed to be problems, and if you get them while in Beta, then report them via a Bug report or Feedback as is requested of a Beta user in the post by Manuj at the top of this thread.

    I would imagine that they will rarely act on one bug submission unless it's critical. Developers would collate the amount of bugs submitted, then prioritise which are critical down to which are not and check the amount of submissions from different users.

    I understand, I just wish they had some type of tracking system. there is obviously some level of interest if your bug hunter asks me for log, but I provided them, and then almost a month later he asks again for the same thing....

    Not my Bug hunter, I am a user the same as you. The Bug reports go direct to OnePlus.

    Maybe there would be updated data in a new log you send which would give them further data on the issue to work on.

    agreed. agreed, the request comes from Vandana Kumari here, he is listed as a bug hunter, but has only ever sent me 2 cookie cutter requests.... if he said that the log didn't show much and to do x, y, and z, I can understand....

    Who said they will straight away make a stable version of beta 5? A feature will make it's way to stable build when it is bug free. So no one knows when.

    When do you finally solve the problems of continuous disconnections from routers? Since I switched to Android 10 (with full wipe data etc) my phone while I use it disconnects and reconnects to the wifi network several times a day. It is a very annoying situation as apps like fb, instagram and whatapp freeze because they lack internet connection, the problem occurs with both the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz network, obviously the signal level is excellent and the router is well, I have a samsung tablet and an OP2 that go well and do not suffer from these problems.

    Can we solve this problem?

    new 10.3.2 updated problem which i faced was blank space on bottom side of a key boad .. it is really annoying. what should i do for this problem..

    give me suggestion one plus.
