Did you install any beta before? Do you know what differentiates beta from stable software, which comes preinstalled on OnePlus phones?

download the full beta rom and install manually.

    found on Official oneplus website.

Download the software build for your device on this page. Please back up your data before flashing your device.
Plug your phone into your computer and copy the downloaded .zip to your phone’s storage. If you’re using a Mac, you can install Android File Transfer Android File Transfer for this operation.
After the .zip file is copied to your phone, go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm.
The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

2 second to found it with google :-(

Hey can I ask you, Regarding on your full update rather than... Incremental one, the onehand mode doesn't disappear? Could you confirm this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    My (unasked) advice to OnePlus:

    1) If possible, seperate Google security patch and new OnePlus features update. A lot of people will stay calm because of this change

    2) Camera - This area needs substantial improvement. Often a ₹10,000 phone clicks better image than OnePlus 7

    3) Stage rollout - If it's essential, decrease the time taken from first device to last device at best. After being in beta for 2 months, a wait of 15 days for stagged rollout is way too much.

I have no idea about how bugs are created and fixed, but one of the reason I bought OnePlus was that it hears it's community.

Hope OnePlus and China recovers quickly from coronavirus and keep up the good work!

    Let's see,
    Number of employees,
    Google: 114,096 (Q3 2019)
    Samsung: 320,671 (2018)
    Apple: 137,000 (2019)
    Xiaomi: 16,683 (Dec 31 2018)
    Nokia: 103,083 (2018)
    OnePlus: 2700+ (2019)

Now if we see previously OnePlus used to had 2 devices per year strategy and now it's already increased to 4 and keep on growing.
Currently we can see OnePlus launches more or, less same numbers of flagship devices as others when n' where brands like Samsung, Nokia and Xiaomi has plethora of midrange devices to maintain for at least 2 years.

If the stable has a newer date flash full zip over beta 9. It will wipe the device though.
Or rollback the device (will revert to Pie International)

Update/Downgrade your phone with starting from the community app. Downgrade file exists in the first post in OB1.
