Hmm... How about being a good boy and posting in the correct forum then. Rather than the wrong one. Obviously you're too simple to understand the difference between beta and production firmware. Back to school for you

Are you a spokesperson for OnePlus or just a fanboy?
Coz if you are then start being a good customer centric organization or if you're just fanboy then God bless

The last stable OxygenOS was released in the beginning op February. Bi-montly means the next stable update and march security patch will be probably released in the first week op April. Have patience.

Currently 8, 8Pro & 8T devices r on January security patch at the end of March.. i wonder how that justifies Bi-monthly policy. April update is supposed to give the April patch not the 1month old March patch. Bi-monthly r absolutely fine but that doesn't necessarily mean givin the 1-1.5month old patch in the next month is justified.

I found a way to update the security patch on my device.
I tried the following and am now on March security update:
    1. Go to Settings = About Phone
    2. Click on Android Version
    3. Click on Google Play system Update, if update is available it will automatically load this for you.
    4. Restart device when prompted to complete update.
Maybe once update is available, the security patch will be available to update for April

    All WiFi or just yours?

I've seen people having issues with encryption, Smart-Connect, the chosen channel, firmware in router, AX on/off, various mesh-networks...

If you have control over the network it could be a good idea to try some settings. Sometimes it's actually the router having issues with some clients.

Regsrdless have you reported it via the feedback tool?

This is your normal idle temp? What kind of ambiant temperature do you have?
At 38°C the charging is already starting to slow down the charge speed. You are at that temperature even before starting to charge...

You did nothing really demanding before the screenshot? And if you look at the CPU graph it remains on low freqency most of times?

Dude in live in Rajasthan, its hot here around 35°C
But the phone screenshot you are looking at is like 20min after charge. It usually get heated more while charging

The CPU and battery will always be several degrees hotter than the ambiant temperature. At 35°C you don't have a huge thermal headroom. Charging will most probably reach maximum allowed temperature. The only way it can solve your temperature issue is to lower the charge speed.
And you don't need much workload to heat up either.

Security Patch & Google Play system update are completely different from each other. The google play system update is related to the application and it's malicious monitoring the security patches make sure the whole OS isn't compromised by addressing the regular plausible vulnerabilities. It is good to stay updated with both of them but the sad truth is both differ from one another which is why u r receiving the updates from OnePlus via OTA with a latest security patch they can provide with.
