No body knows until Oneplus says so. For now they confirmed Beta 8 will not be available via OTA. How the future beta will be delivered is something we need to wait for the official confirmation.

How would they get any feedback/bug reports etc from users if it was only released unofficially?

    Lol.
I never said Google will help out.

I said to search in Google so that he can find a link to a guide/ video posted by someone regarding the same, so that it would help him to unbrick his phone.

UPDATE: As of right now, I do not recommend flashing the ElementalX kernel. I made sure to make a backup before hand but got stuck in a bootloop when I restored... I finally managed to get through but now I am unable to change my APN settings. (com.phone.android)

Maybe theyre happy enough with their internal testing. They seem to be making progress with that and they pulled open beta 8 fairly soon after it was released

Leaked build is from OnePlus. The ROM is digitally signed by OnePlus, otherwise it couldn't be installed with a locked bootloader and stock recovery.

It s not the phone, since majority of Users do not have such issues. Check Out your Apps and your configuration.

I could be worse! They could've access to your naked pictures with the installed Mallware! I know @otto2 said they're signed, but for those of you who keep flashing the leaked version with TWRP I suggest you be careful!. It can still be a leaked version with added malware and they can now have access to your whole phone.

Correct, but most people here have TWRP installed and that will have no issues with installing it on your device. Also a signed version doesn't mean it's clean.
