    My girlfriend also has 7t pro. same thing happens. press them at the same time. I got oxygen version 10.0.7 with January security update.

    good to know. I didn't now inconsistent software was a OnePlus thing. Android one and pixel phones clearly has a software advantage over oxygen.

    from any screen on the phone. try to access hidden space. scan finger. phone takes you to last open app and freezes. press on/off button try again and it works. hidden space apps open up.

    your making this personal. why are you attacking me? it's not my fault OnePlus has added 1/2 of a feature. non of my other phones has ever had this issue. am I wrong for wanting the phone to actually work? when this shortcut is activated it vibrate ones after caller hangs up.

    second you are aware of what's going on in China right now correct?
    3rd we all love one plus we understand that there are concept phones older phones that need updates as well as the new ones and they're on the verge of releasing a brand new phone all together.
    let's recap coronavirus, Chinese New year, new releases.

    are we on the same page now do you understand because you came in here being rude in the wrong spot voicing an opinion and complaints about a feature that we don't have so we couldn't possibly help you with unless you happen to have the luck of the draw and one of the other peoples in here posting regularly on the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 also have the OnePlus 7t/Pro.

    if you're looking for help by all means hop in your forum let it be known let the bug report make it let there be a fix. don't go into the wrong section of the forums and bitching about how they can't ******* keep everything uniform not all of these phones have the same hardware my dude. if it is that much of an issue you have a plethora of ROMs that you could try that may be more towards your liking with all of the features that you so desperately need

    this is not a new problem. it's been on several OnePlus models for several years. I'm disappointed about OnePlus costumer support. this shouldn't be a issue at all.

    it is about OnePlus phone going silent when you don't want them to. do I even need an alert slider when it's disabled by a easy to press vibrate mode shortcut? phone in normal mode on the alert slider and it only vibrates after calls. not very intuitive.

    Use feedback - Suggestion, tell them whatever you want. If enough people demand it maybe they consider to bring em back. Personally idc about those, im just hoping they put Optimized charging feature to stable
