There is a starting point section where they can do so. But honestly if someone's to look for a solution for a distinct problem, it becomes rather difficult if there are 50 threads describing your problem and only one or few have a solution.

Mods have their jobs to do as they ultimately have to be answerable to the company.

Recently we received new update 10.0.4 EU for 1+7 pro, I have some questions we saw the changelog of beta 9 is completely different from changelog of 10.0.4 stable, I want to know why this is different? AND when we will get it for 7 pro?

Beta is a manual choise. Stuff is tested in beta and may or may not comes to stable based on feedback in beta. You don't get beta unless flashing beta over stable. And you can normally not go back to stable without wiping the phone.
Some times stable and beta is close to each other feature wise and sometimes there a many components that differ.

Because the beta is ahead of the stable. Beta is the testing stage before it's considered stable for release

Normally by flashing the beta over the stable (download full zip file)... BUT it needs the currently installed version of the OS to be older then the beta to be possible. (often people ask right after a resent upgrade that prevent the installation of what they really want [e]1f61c[/e])

If you want beta really badly anf it does not allow you to do so... Downgrade. Download beta 5 from beta thread first post and OTA the way up to beta 9. Will wipe though.

Update/Downgrade your phone with starting from the community app. Downgrade file exists in the first post in OB1.

Frist posts here mentions the steps for Pie users.
I believe 10.0.4 is newer than beta 9 so you probably need the rollback first.

A other solution is to simply wait for beta 10 and flash that
