Bluetooth audio works fine, but if you have Android Auto, why would you use lossy Bluetooth?

I think your car head unit is set for Android Auto. You'll need to tell it to switch inputs back to Bluetooth if you want to use Bluetooth. That's how my Chevy works. Your phone is fine. You just don't know how to operate your car.

nope. no such issue. test on another wifi.

my bet is something on the network is set to use the same IP address. is everything set to use dhcp, or are some statically assigned?

Samsung is patching bugs that THEY created by doing things Google said not to do.

So yeah, go get a Samsung with REAL security issues. Most of the Google issued fixes are not critical and it does take time to test and implement.

You are taking it off the charger huh? You don't let it charge overnight, right? How did I know?

If you want your phone to optimize properly you HAVE let to let it stay plugged in ALL NIGHT.

You can run the current already installed Update or a newer update. As you can see I am currently on Open Beta 9 and in the Updater I have the option to download again Open Bata 9. Then to Settings, Local Update. Only current or newer.

Yepp. Downloading the same version and reinstall that works too. Otherwise only upgrades based on dates no matter if it's stable or beta.

I am on 10.0.4 and want to go back to the beta. is there any way to flash it without wiping the phone? I've downloaded open beta 9 and cannot apply it, I get a message telling me that the installed version is newer and I'm unable to downgrade. thanks in advance.

As much as I would like to try it, because it's not on the official store, I'll have to pass. I have heard good things about it though.

Noticed today, when searching for a contact, the results show double entry, one in my Google account and other in 'Work Directory', while it has been selected only to display the contacts in the Gmail account.
Any idea why and what to do about it?

Not understanding. Are you saying there is a time difference between the clock on your notification bar and a widget clock on your desktop?

Yes, especially when watching the YouTube videos, notification bar time not updated

First, try rebooting the phone. The clock in the bar is likely correct. It's likely the widgets failing to refresh.
