    Are they specific APKs?

    Could it be the APKs you are trying to install are corrupt/not working?

    Try a generic APK like Facebook or something and see if that works

    I was using those apks before. It was vanced apk. It was running perfectly but after flashing stable update I'm not able to install any apk.

    So where did you download the apks from?
    The packages have to have the right target version.

    did you enable the permissions for installing apps from unknown sources?

    Just resolve this problem by resting to setting reset via recovery mode
    But data backup is must required coz it's vipe the system apps massages call logs
