Paint chipping- Oneplus 6 Sep 19, 2018

    I've been using the original cover that came with the phone till now, and recently while changing my case to a ringke one,

    I noticed there is a paint chipping issue.
    little spots of paint just disappeared from the back of my Midnight Black Oneplus6 .
    It's ugly.
    Horrible, knowing that I've kept my phone in pristine conditions.
    anyone, any help!?

    The midnight Black version has spots on its back.

    It does not matter what version is, the back is made of glass and the color is applied on the inside.
    Check the videos of Jerry rig everything

    There are spots on the back, very similar to the paint chipping that there was in Oneplus 5.
    I do not know how these occurred, but they are there, and they are annoyingly evident.
    and yes I do know that the paint is in the inside of glass, but some effect has taken place on the back of the phone that caused this.
    And since I dunno what it is and it looks very similar to the chipping in Oneplus 5 versions, I concluded upon the following.
    Conclusively, there are numerous tiny spots on the back, that do not seem natural and seem permanent.
    All, as I fear- because of using the original case provided with the OnePlus 6.

    did you tried to clean the back of your phone? maybe is just dirt. Post a picture so we can see better how it looks

    I indeed did, several times, didn't affect it even a bit.
    I wished it was dirt, but as you can see the light reflection off of the one plus logo, so you can from these spots.

    The back is absolutely clean...
    I clean with a microfiber cloth and a little bit of screen cleaning liquid when needed.
    And for the pictures I cleaned the back before every picture.

    I was using the original case that came with the phone itself, I cleaned the phone occasionally, but never noticed the spots.
    when I changed my cover to rignke, I noticed these.

    I'm in process of contacting them for aid, I really am upset, as my only crime was using the original case that I got with the phone, so that I could preserve it's back, and now I have chipped paint on my hands...
