seems like OP have some serious issue with paint job...I have OP5 and faced the same issue, so I got it changed from service centre BUT now my new panel's colour also stated chipping.... had to apply skin just to save it from chipping it further...OP do something about it, ur devices r not cheaper any more

We aren't looking for people to care, we are discussing the instance. and considering there is supposed to be a glass on the pack, this shouldn't be ideally happening.

Chuck a skin on it - that's the only way you'll really keep it nice... I put a skin on mine the day I got it.

I'll first try to get help from OnePlus themselves. (Their service centre)
If not so then I'll surely look to your advice.

    That I've understand sir.
I keep my things organised and tidy.
    Clean them almost every day.
But that doesn't do it all.
There could be faults in my care I might say.
But after this long and having studied about the same issue, I am positive that somewhere the composition or coating of the matte on the glass isn't merged durably, or perfectly.
And dust just aids this process faster.
I shall have my back panel changed for soon, and after that have a skin on it too, with a case of course.
    Thank you for your input.
    These were my two cents
