Parameter Error when trying to accept trade in quote

    Keep getting this error, my trade still says quoted, so I have no idea for sure even after talking to customer support that they are sending a box for trade in

    Just open a chat via the app so you have it all documented with a case number I am sure it will work itself out, its just very frustrating

    I also meet parameter errors when I want to accept my offer. However, the trade I quote will expire soon. Talked with the online service and they advise me to try in different browsers and clean the cookie, but useless. My trade in ID is 20829057544.

    Absolutely useless... I get on a chat every 2 days or so and get nowhere. So much time wasted and potentially money lost with no recourse because no one will take responsibility.

    Finally got a hold of a supervisor and now it all makes sense. There is a 15 day block post date of delivery to submit tradein. Reason is because of folks trading in and then trying to return a phone in the return period causes a refund nightmare for OnePlus and the Customer. We will see on or about August 4th if that is the case. I have everything documented with reference number and all.

    Absolute fail at this point. I was told to initiate new trade in. $50 bonus missing on that and Shipping label link on email does not work
