How to put them on a OP2?

Example- iPhone has capability to block camera use, app downloads, etc. Haven't found a built-in feature on OP2.

In today's world, it will simply be obsolete. You do have the fp sensor, app permission rights and a few file-hiding softwares/ apps in place.
Simply put, you can safeguard your phone but if u want to give it to your son for his use and hope you can put limitations on the capabilities of the phone, it juz can't happen.

"Obsolete" is not true business/marketing-wise; need creates improvement. Def. not obsolete if other manufacturers provide it.

    Also- thanks @Rick Manders.

I'm unsure as to wether op should implement it or Android as a whole should have it?

Seems a bit dumb but there you go - I've only bought 7 new or used OnePlus phones in the last 3 years...everyone in my family has them.

The problem I have is that despite installing various Android parental control apps, my kids can bypass all of them because in Oxygen OS, you can swipe down the notification pane and add a new user account. If you then log in as the new user, you can get around all the restrictions the parental control apps apply as they only apply to your account.

Most parental control apps restrict access to settings, so you can't add a new account - but as they don't stop you accessing the notification pane (?) where you toggle wifi, location, etc, on OnePlus phones, you can evade the restrictions.

So, can anyone suggest a decent parental control app that can't be bypassed by adding a new user account?

Or is there a way to remove the "Add User Account" option from the dropdown notification/settings pane?

    Thank you all in advance!
