Waited for 2 hours to submit the device n another 2 hours for collection. N service center people goofed up the finger print sensor n then blamed it on me that I didn't check. Why they don't have check list. Pathetic experience. Will not repeat the mistake of buying one plus again. Everything above that staff was utterly rude.
