Pathetic Service no covid protocol via OnePlus 7T

    Such a pathetic experience with paid repair of my device. No covid protocol followed. Waited for 2 hours to submit the device n another 2 hours for collection. N service center people goofed up the finger print sensor n then blamed it on me that I didn't check. Why they don't have check list. Pathetic experience. Will not repeat the mistake of buying one plus again. Everything above that staff was utterly rude.

    Have you been to a shop?
    What shop?
    Where?
    Why do you want to blame OnePlus when some people in some shop can't behave?

    Have courtesy to talk to agitated customer first of all.
    If you are from company n are really interested to address customer problem your connotation should be positive n seeking more information n not criticising the feedback. Is this why this forum is created.

    It's been almost 15 days I received email from Janny23 asking to submit details but there is no feedback on that.

    Get the details you have seek for:

    Store: Pune JM Road One Plus exclusive store not a franchise.
    Phone submit date 14th June
    Phone receipt date: 24th June

    Phone was updated with software no checklist followed n handed back n when complained about it it was put back on me.

    You do not really believe that the people from some indian shop are trained by OnePlus, don't you? Or that these people really work for OnePlus?
    Even if this shop has a sign "One Plus exclusive store" it is not necessarily OnePlus. ;)
