Use the reply function if you expect a reply!
And yea, just checked , it does indeed not work in India, but I'm sure there are other apps in the playstore which do the same like maybe PayPal's, Google will eventually add support for India anyways.

I agree with the guy above who said that Android pay exist and is supported by multiple places, at least in the US. OnePlus isn't as powerful as a phone company and if they introduced their own form of mobile payment, it might not be able to get enough companies to accept it. also, OnePlus should focus more on fixing their software issues before moving into something like making an app to make payments. they could make an app similar to Samsung pay, where you can use your phone to recreate the magnetic field of your debit card in order to use it at regular POSs but this would take a ton of r&d from places like the camera, which really needs an improvement, and timely updates that don't **** up the phones everyday function.

In most European countries you can sign up for SEQR for nfc payments. I use it everywhere in Germany, across Europe and worldwide when nfc contactless is supported.

(not a solution for users from India, but maybe interesting for European users reading this)

Free of charge, per transaction bank account will be charged. No fees for usage abroad or foreign currencies. Cash back 1% for first 10 trx, for 11-20 2% and 20+ 3% cash back... Will be paid every 3 months. Works like a Charme...

Here bankapps give the same option.
    We got bancontact.

If in India no nfc provider is provided than it is useless in India anyway because you can't pay with it anyway cause no store will pay extra for it.

    Use paypal or equivalent.
I want my phone provider only provide phonesoftware. I don't need bloatware which I can't uninstall and eat recourses for nothing.

With Seqr you can also pay with qr code, however in Europe this is not really supported except for Scandinavia. But it is in Asia :)

Yes you are true about OnePlus being a smaller company. But the fact that they hinted the release of OnePlus pay in 2020 and never updated anymore is bad!
