This was already mentioned in a thread, I spent nearly 10 minutes doing a search and just couldn't find it. Although I thought I saved the link, which I guess I didn't.

I also searched DHL's website(worst website ever, why does OnePlus One do business with crooks?)

Whats the link for paying off your duties/fees? Because I know they wont deliver unless you pay them off.

Not true. They will deliver COD you don't have to pay them first.

DHL duties? Its the customs duties that I'm pretty sure they're referring to: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/mobile/est-cal-eng.html

^it comes to about $60.79 I believe in customs duties for Ontario.

Edit: Maybe they have a $9.95 processing fee (or whatever they call it) like canada post and UPS have when your shipment gets stopped at the border?

    Thanks everyone for the links!
@jimchou - I tried that link but it says incorrect waybill #?
@Raine & @blyndfyre - I thought you HAD to pay for your device before hand? I wouldn't want to stick my landlord with the bill so I'd rather pay it and have it delivered for pickup.

Express, now on DHL's website there is NO "ETA" for delivery? CanadaPost, UPS, USPS, FedEx, all have this, why not DHL? See.. another reason why I dislike DHL. They're not transparent like OnePlus ;) lol

I've probably bought nearly 250 things from around the world in the last 5 years, from cases to charges, to big car parts(like a hood-with a $1500 pricetag). I've never been charged before for duties.
Am I lucky? I guess so.. this additional charge of $70-$80 based on BC will be a new experience for me.

Ya, I've never been charged before either. I still wont for the OPO since I ordered it to my US P.O. Box, but I know 90% of others are getting hit at the border with customs fees, only a small amount of people I heard have gotten lucky.

Sorry, I have no ideas what the waybill # should be. You need to ask someone who bought the phone and had it shipped via DHL.

Once it is in Canada it will say customs something and then you can enter the tracking number. It just won't show up on there before it is at the customs place

You do no have to pay for the duties/fees beforehand. They mark the package as C.O.D. However paying prior to delivery should save time at your door (but how long does it take to pay at the door?). Of course if you chose to have the delivery dropped off if you are not home then of course you would have to pay online.

yeah and to add to that, they expect COD and you have to PROVE that you paid online if you go that route.... Had the DHL guy show up and almost not give up the package because of that. Had to go to my computer and get the confirmation number to give to him. Talk about unorganized it's not like I paid it while it was on the truck out for delivery, I paid it DAYS in advance....

Their package for whatever reason isn't getting caught. My friend didn't have to pay customs fees for his OPO

    See, crooks.

Why is OnePlus dealing with these guys? USPS to CanadaPost still offers fast delivery(from LOS ANGELES, CA 90009 to Vancouver took 3 days, and that was FREE International shipping so I'm assuming it cost the seller next to nothing yet arrived quickly)

USPS-CanadaPost, I've never heard of them charging someone either. They're fast and efficient.

Good point I forgot about that. I had the same experience, had to pull up my online payment receipt before he would hand over the package.

You mean the device itself or the customs? Paying for the device was through PayPal, but once shipped and in the hands of DHL, once they deliver it to you, the customs slapped on to the shipment are your responsibility \:
