    @Carl @Pete @Emmanuel
    and anyone else who would like to
    Today I received your parcel Shipment, and after paying € 20 for customs charges, as though the package came from Mars, I also had to pay € 50.54 for custom fees.
    I look forward to your urgent response to the reimbursement of additional expenses incurred by myself and not provided for in the purchase contract.
    I have already opened a ticket and I sincerely hope that this remains unanswered as the last 2, I would not further doubt your fairness and honesty!
    I would add that earlier (4 days ago) I'd already written in your care (entering all the appropriate references) to represent the danger that it could occur (as in fact occurred), but no one has ever responded

    You bought the phone from what site?
    From where did the parcel come and where was it delivered?

    This is the first I hear about this, would like to see if other people are having this issue. If thats the case $350 for the plus additional charges, you may be better getting an LG G3!

    As I said before, this was a DHL mistake. Try to contact DHL and say that all taxes and fees were prepaid by the shipper (incoterms DDP).

    The question the answer to the OnePlus with DHL, I paid for a shipment (with costs from science fiction movies as if they were intergalactic transport) and the money I have given to OnePlus, then if DHL does create problems or errors that did not is due to me.
    I also insisted that the courier customs charges must already have been paid, but there was nothing to do, or was paying or not I handed the phone

    You could've declined the package and sort things afterwards. I would advise you to contact DHL in your country, give the tracking number and saying that the parcel was marked as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). They have to give you back the money.

    Of course it's not your fault, nobody is saying it is. It is a problem with DHL not reading their documentation.

    Did you follow the suggestion in this thread or the link I gave you or have you just not accepted the parcel?

    The additional charges are not with One Plus but with your country, as far as the contract, you paid the price for the phone that you agreed on with One Plus, anything extra like shipping, import fees, taxes is responcibility of your country and you, has nothing to do with one plus

    Please don't misinform people. In the EU, you don't have to pay any taxes or fees. This was a DHL mistake.
