What is the difference between this two of it pd & QC ?

If you select any one of this then why did one plus choose it ?

    3. The people who read my message thinking why this man is moving forward in long way why can't he use it own cable which is provided by one' plus .. type A to C .

Any USB-PD power delivery charger will charge your phone quickly, just not quite as quick as Warp Charge. As far as I can tell OnePlus phones don't support Qualcomm QuickCharge. USB-PD is a power delivery standard, I don't see how anyone without access to your phone could affect it.
