    Also for the people who are saying we should be giving some kind of compensation. I agree and I will be talking with the team tomorrow to see what we can provide. This situation is unacceptable for us as well. Payment is the 1 thing that should absolutely never go wrong.

    I do understand frustration.. i'm in the same group, my first OPO.. but come on.... like yelling or venting will help now... instead of let you do what you can, emailing and requesting replies.... LOL..just wasting time of all of us... I'm sure tomorrow will be better day. sucks for me.. its 11:20 am here, i have all day in front of me...LOL

    C'mon @Martin OPO doesn't care about it's customers. Read the damn forum where people send in support tickets that don't get answered for weeks/months and a lot of times never. Do you call that caring about your customers?

    u know what, it's not the payment error per se. it's the fact that we'v been left alone without any explainations. if somebody would had come and said " we know there is this problem, we'r working on, do not worry" things would have been better.

    Would somebody please close this thread already, it's just a bunch of whining people who in probably 75% of the cases somehow managed to screw up their orders. Most likely from not having PayPal set up correctly, having unverified accounts, outdated information, or no credit card attached. Even if it was opo's fault, vomiting about it here isn't going to help them in the least bit.
