    well even if it does come, i hope it's something good, not some crazy challenge like this time. I personally love the phone and hope to get it soon, but i would also like to win the invite in a better way.

    Heck its not like they've said this before and the storm has turned out to be drizzle at best. Yet here we all still are... (Till July 1st for me anyway...) Thats when the said invites would be easy to come by... Balls in their court...

    Amazing strategy? I am sure disappointing loyal customers while looking for new ones is not an awesome strategy at all...
    This invite system is dumb. It could be awesome if OPO could provide enough phones for all customers. For now I just see a plan to attract as much attention as possible but not to fulfill existing customers' needs.

    Couple questions:
    1. How much phones did OP send? 500? Less?
    2. How much potential customers do they have? 90k? More?
    3. How long these p. customers can wait? week, two or until announcement of better phone?

    Someday people will understand that this phone is not worth waiting... And at the end of this "awesomeness" there will be no customers and tons of outdated phones..

    ...And... Yep - this is awesome strategy :p

    I think the storm already started. There are over a 500 video's now, but still you can make one and you can still participate in 'The OnePlus Race! - Day 5' unlike previous versions of the oneplus race which closed in a few hours. Maybe everyone who makes a video gets an invite.
