Caomhin , via OnePlus 9 Pro , May 17, 2022 : Did you hide them at any stage.? Have you updated to OOS 12, if so check the following. Go to Settings - Privacy - Hide apps Follow settings (You will have to set a Privacy password) A full list of apps will show up there, including the hidden ones.

If you don't see any improvement after trying the suggestion given. Please send Bug reports and give Feedback on the issue back to the OnePlus OOS developers.
