OxygenOS Phone calls not showing up May 1, 2017

    when someone calls me , the phone rings , vibrates but not showing up on the screen just as a notification, i have to pres the notification bar to enter the actual phone call screen . and if the screen is of i just hear de ringtone and i need to press the power button to see Who is calling me.. anyone has had this problem ? oxygen os 4.1.3

    Backup your call logs using SMS backup app.
    Then wipe data and cache of the OnePlus dialer / phone app and then see.
    Also reset permissions to it and check.

    i tried clearing cache , reset settings, all the permissions are on.. i hoped that a system update would resolve it, but no.. i ll post a screenshot of how it appears , and when it is locked it just rings and vibrates , the screen is not turning on .

    yeah..but i don t know why, it happend out of nowhere, right after i changed my ringtone with one from zedge.. but i try switching back to stock ringtones, and nothing..
