    Press and hold phone dialer app
    Click on app info
    Storage & cache
    Clear the storage data
    Force stop it
    Restart your phone and see if it fixes the issue.

    have you installed any third-party dialer, if so you can try uninstalling it. also try resetting app preferences in apps & notification
    also go to safe mood and see the issue is still there. if no, then its course of any third-party app. then you can select and uninstall third-party app said:
    if yes, you have to visit oneplus service center
    Press and hold the Power button.
    On the screen, press and hold Power off.
    Tap Ok to reboot into Safe mode.

    Dear sir

    I had a issue with the caller screen.
    For resolving this issue I went to authorized service centre, they suggest me to flash the device with stable OS. After few days again this problem persists and kindly give me a solution how to resolve the caller screen issue. I hereby enclose the screenshot for your ready reference.

    Another way to complement the suggestion from our friend is:

    To turn off google contacts and turn on OnePlus contacts.

    But first make a copy from all your contacts from Google account to the OnePlus contacts.
