N1534141565261 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Nov 21, 2020 : My 7 pro locks while I'm on video call from facebook Messenger. The front camera also closes. This happens every 30 secs or in a minute. I have to keep touching my phone to prevent this from happening. This only happens with the Messenger app. First, the screen loses brightness and then the phone locks after some time.

YRJ , Nov 21, 2020 : A workaround, for the timebeing, can be increasing the sleep time from 30 seconds to 5-10 minutes depending on your use case scenario. You can change sleep time in display settings.
N1534141565261 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Nov 21, 2020 : It'll work .. but again.. the same thing will happen after five minutes.. I just don't want the phone to lock as long as I'm on a call and that is expected behaviour. Don't know why it's only so with this app.
YRJ , Nov 21, 2020 : I know this is not a permanent solution for your issue but you can tap on the display once in 5 minutes to prevent it from going to sleep.
