    Hi Team,

I recently updated my OP5T to Android 9 (Oxygen OS Version 9.0.3). Right after updating, i am facing several issues with respect to speed, fingerprint reading, etc. Major issue is many times the phone stops unlocking using fingerprint and also the screen goes black. The power button stops working. The phone goes dead. It became very stressful for me to face such issue.

Settings -- Battery -- Battery optimization -- 3 dots on the right top -- Advanced battery optimization -- Disable both options.
    And restart your phone.

Had the latest version for around 1 week. I had the exact same issues along with battery drain issues ( around 1 day instead of around 2 days) and also disabled the advanced battery optimization option to no avail. Best solution for me was downgrading to Android 8/ OxygenOS 5.1.4 . The OP5T is yet again blazing fast and responsive with good battery life. Love this phone!

    This is thanks to Aziz_Amin_oneplus.

    1. Download the update in your PC. The file to download is OxygenOS 5.1.4 Full ROM for OnePlus 5T, you can find it on the web.
    2. Factory reset your phone (Dont update or do anything)
    3. Transfer the update in your mobile storage in download folder.
    4. Go to recovery by Pressing and holding volume down and power button and then English.
    5. Install the update
    6. You are done
    7. Back to Oreo.

If you can't find it, PM me.
**WARNING** this will wipe all your data on the phone. Backup everything you need beforehand!

Be warned though, this will delete all your apps. Backup your nudes before doing stuff like this!
