    I have been using one plus 3 for almost 1.5 years now... suddenly when i put my phone on charging it shuts down and i need to manually turn it on.

    Have you tried clearing cache in recovery mode and seen.

    Using the latest version, have tried clearing cache, have done a factory rest too...Issue has stopped occuring so often after factory reset, but it's still there.

    my One+5T does the same. Except it will also restart at random times. I haven't figured out why it does it yet.

    Download the full rom zip file of the current version from oneplus download section and perform a local upgrade.
