    Turn the network provided time option off and on. If that doesn't help, it's most likely an operator side issue.

    If it uses network time, it isn't the time that is shown when you Google current time. It's your carriers server time. Looks like it's out of sync.

    My parents use the same operator/network but their time matches with the google/actual time. So I don't think it's the operator's fault

    I used to work for a network currier, and this was quite common back then... That's why I suggest it, but for you it might be something else.

    Try what @Tokolozi said but reboot in between before enabeling it again.

    That is definitely a weird situation. I've never seen a phone's clock not match the time zone. I hope you figure it out. At least you'll be a couple minutes early to everywhere you go. Lol 😂
