    Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with photos quality on my Oneplus 7T with flash on. Normally, I rarely use flash when it comes to photograph but yesterday it accidentally turned on when I was capturing my campus in the evening. And it feel like there is a fade filter on my image as below

I tried to take different images but the problem stayed the same with all the lens.

I searched for this problem but it seems like just few cases. I don't use any protection for my camera lens, though.

Anyone has this issue? or any idea to fix it? Thanks alot.

    Hi there,

    A few possible reasons.
    • Are you holding your finger next to the flash? The reflection of the flash on your skin can cause this.
    • Are you wearing a case? Have you tried removing it and seeing if it still happens?
    • Have you checked your camera for oil smudges?
    Let me know your findings.

Yeah, I noticed all those things that you mentioned. My finger was not closed to camera lens, I kept it away. I always clean my lens before capturing. I do use a case, let me try to remove my case but I don't think it's the cause. BTW, thank you

Sorry I wasn't clear in what I wrote:

Did this always happen or only recently?

Oh, I think it happened since I bought it. I have been using it for nearly 3 months. But I rarely turn flash on when taking photos. So, you don't face this issue?

If you have a protective ring around the camera or a cover that has camera protector... Pls remove it and it will be just fine
