It's look like the box exercise. Always there is pros and cons regarding the crops. Sometimes it adds value and sometimes it harms.
The most important thing in my opinion is to find the balance, and not always what is balanced for me is balanced for others.
In this aspect I would love to see the jury of the International Photography Awards analyzing my photos. Could learn a lot.
It is all unknown in the world of photography, just as it is in the world of paintings and galleries. There are famous paintings that I wouldn't take home even for free. So to please everyone is a very hard and even impossible task.

@atenaa Good evening my friend 💪🏻🤗 Thank you for the likes!! ✌🏻 As you can see I'm doing the best I can without using fancy apps! But maybe I'll have to go try them. All the pictures you and BetiK have seen of are just cropping rotate. No filters no nothing. I'm trying to get a pic without those apps. But I'm still very much open for everyone's input. But in My local Town ALOT of people seem to want use My nightscape and other's for the local free paper. But I'm up against many professional photographers. So I'll have to take some New tips atenaa. Thank you! Hope your weekend is been pleasant. Have a lot of fun 👍🏻 stay safe ✌🏻

Hello my friend! Hope you're doing great!🙂

I'm no way an expert in photography. I'm a rookie who is learning every day.
In my opinion (and is only that) those apps do what some professional cameras does when you take the shot.
To me a good photo is the background. I think that there is no app that can transform a bad photo on an awesome one.
    But as I said that's only a opinion from a rookie.☺️

That's all I've done, Rotate and crop! Is 1 degree ALOT TibiTibi? I thought as an amateur. It was a small amount. You would know. Tell me if I'm supposed to rotate.

Always when i think the photo is not in level i just zoom in the picture and align it with the display.
This way I can see most of the rotations more than 0.2°.

E.g. zoomed in and see the lights in windows and their reflection.

I can see on the first picture. I eliminated The right side where there was a light. That's 1degree?? I'm using the 3 Grid system like you showed me.
0.2 is very little. compared to 1 degree.

That grid is good. Did you used a tripod for this capture or stabilized the camera before shot?

Ok. Next tip maybe, if you did not used it.

Every capture longer than 1/60 sec are sensitive to any tiny movement.
To minimize most unwanted movement you can enable 3 - 10 sec timer to delay the capture.

This tiny movement could cause rotation or blur.

    It depends on you.
I have 3 and in most cases i don't use them. I use it only when i know i will not move too much.
You can always look for objects around which could help. Eg. fence, rock, tree, bag...

Tripod is good if you want to play longer with similar scene and repeat the capture.

    Hints:
    1. You can a little bit under expose.
    2. The scene is calm, it deserves perfectly leveled horizon.

Wow! That's a privilege that one of my photos being selected to rethink by you @TibiTibi !😃Thank you so much! 🤗
Your suggestions are on the point!👍😊
When I'm taking photos I always use the grid and try to level the horizon. But I'm not always successful.
And the crop to XPan ratio is brilliant!👍
To do this which dimension should I use with Snapseed?
Edit: This is an attempt to follow your tips. What do you think?

I have used photoshop express to rethink/crop.
Of course this is just a fake "XPan". It has similar proportions but different postprocessing.

For XPan feeling I would do maybe this kind of rethink PSX_20211006_232512.jpg
Now there is a story "walking on a sunny beach" and it is closer to the viewer.
Also the leading lines and textures are noticable.
