This is interesting :) So yeah recently we have shifted to new house so the old gadgets are still in packed boxes. This contest allowed me to open those. Most of our gadgets are related to Sound & Music. So here are some

    1. The Phillips Radio

    PicsArt_11-24-09.54.48.jpg

This Radio age is more than my age. It was gifted to my father in his early days of career and it's a part of our family since then. My father loved listening songs in this one especially tuning to his favorite Radio stations even at the places where very less singals are found. He uses all possible connections to make sure the Radio receive the signal sometimes by hanging electronic wires near to it like that. Even now this is working. Listening to songs in this before going to school and after coming from school in childhood were unforgettable days.

    2. Walky ( The Walkman)
    PicsArt_11-24-09.55.41.jpg

This was gifted by my uncle to me when i topped in my 3rd standard. From then Everytime a new movie audio releases, I"ll force my uncle to buy me the audio cassests. After 3years I think it got some trouble then We repaired it and again used it for an year then again repaired and used. Even now it can be used if repaired again. This one is my first fav gadget in my house. Even today I don't want to loose this so I kept this with me and planning to repair it again.

    3. Play Station ( Video Games in TV)

I also have a PlayStation which I gave it to my Cousin. It also one of my fav gadgets in childhood loved playing Many arcade games including Pac Man, Super Mario in that. I badly miss that one !

Overall thanks for this amazing contest @Zozo S. ❤ This trip down the memory lane ✌

Thanks brother! Appreciate it. And the coincidence is that this tractor was also manufactured in 80's.

@Zozo S. Thanks and something unique challenge. I really like it. Here's my 10 year Old Gadget (External Hard disk) and still works like a charm.

I guess I have purchased this gadget on 2011 at my hard earned money 💰 and the happiness of it and storing all my collection of movies and photos are remarkable and works perfectly without any issues.

Thanks for the opportunity to share Old Gadget

    OLD GADGETS
    PDA
    Personal Digital Assistant

    said:

These devices have been used by me a lot in the past. The first one was acquired on a visit to the USA in 1988. It was a mix of appointment, directory and also calculator. Very easy to use and did not need the stick.
Then came the PALMs, one acquired in 2002 and the other in 2005. They were extremely useful for my day to day life. I had everything registered there. Agenda, calendar, appointments, etc... just not the telephone. PALM was founded in 1992, the American company was the owner of successful lines such as the Pilot and Zire in the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) market, where even the giant Apple failed with the Newton.
In 2010, the company was bought by HP due to interest in WebOS, which did not last long and resulted in its final demise in mid-2011.
Since 2018 I have been using smartphones from OnePlus the first was the 5T then 7 Pro and now the 9 Pro which are great assistants for my routines. Everything is embedded in it. Phonebook, appointments, photos, files and also music. It's amazing how fast electronic devices and processors evolve. That's why it's always good to go back in time to see these advances. Thanks for the opportunity to show and talk a little about my immersion in the world of electronics.
    Photograph Camera
    Pentax Espio 160

    IMG_20211124_091732-01-01_compress88.jpg
    Iso sensitivity 25-3200
    Focal length 36mm 160mm
    2 auto focus area
That said, we can see that in cameras many advances are also noted. There are people who still use analog cameras.
The difference between them is that the digital camera uses a light-sensitivity sensor to capture the image. It doesn't matter what type and technology the sensor is, whether it is CCD, CMOS or any other. The size of the camera or brand doesn't matter either. From the moment the camera uses a sensor to capture the image it is classified as a digital photo camera. And the analog camera uses photographic film to capture the image. The photograph remains stored on film, in negative, and in order for the photograph to be seen it is necessary to develop the film.
Cameras have been replaced by the use of smartphones, which in most cases have built-in modern, high-performance cameras. This is the case of my cell phone, the 9 Pro from OnePlus, which leaves little or nothing to be desired compared to the digital cameras on the market.
    Blackberry Curve

    IMG_20211124_095408-01-01.jpeg
After the first Motorola cell phones, Blackberry presented this compact and elegant model.
    Display 320x240/ 2" x 1.5" over 65k Colors
    Memory card slot: Micro SD
Connectivity EDGE / GPRS / WI FI
    Stereo headset jack
    2 Megapixel Camera
Compared to today's smartphones it makes us laugh. At the time it was very successful here. We had more than one of these models.
All the pictures were taken with OP 9 Pro Raw mode and edited with Snapseed.
    Hope you like it.
Greetings to all from Brazil 🇧🇷
