Photos getting deleted automatically via OnePlus 5

    The photos from my gallery get deleted automatically and they aren't even in the recently deleted section too , it's happening after the stable android 10 update

    I been complaining about this since past 2 weeks .. they asked me logs and all I gave them all what they request .. yet no response from them ..

    They are not taking the issue seriously .. May be this is my last purchase from oneplus I will go back to samsung

    Hi, you can recover deleted or lost photos with the help of Google Photos. Because Google Photos remains deleted photos upto 60 Days. If still you haven't found photos from Google Photos. I would Suggest, you can try Free tool - Stellar Data Recovery for Android software which easily recover your deleted, lost photos, videos from phone internal memory. Thanks!

    After the last update in which we got android 10 , photos are being deleted automatically , I've complaint about it thrice , you've asked me to send screenshot , reports I've done it all but nothing has been done from your side
    i was in a meeting and i lot photos for my slide and i almost lost a client get this thing sorted out or my next complaint would be on twitter , when you give us a stable update we don't want to see all this

    This is my 3rd time complaining about this , please please fix it , the gallery Automatically deletes my photographs from it , I'm tired of keeping backups , fix it fast , sometimes it deletes the whole section of gallery, you've asked for bug reports , screenshot , all of which has been provided

    I'm sure I'm not deleting stuff , i get it the photos are saved on goolge photos but it's not possible to recover them at all times , let's say I'm in an area with no or poor reception

    It's a feature available in settings, or regularly displayed by Google, proposing you to "free some space on your device" after sync, as explained in a June 15th message above.
