    PiP in YouTube won't work as you need to be subscribed to YouTube Red which is available in US after a amount of fee. and in India is not supported.

    You need to open chrome and in the settings, select request desktop site check box,Then open youtube through crome,tap on wide screen and then tap on home button..you will get pip function. try this
    YouTube app in India not support pip mode

    Red subscription on YouTube? And PiP doesn't work on it? Or you didn't even knew you need to have that to use PiP on normal YouTube app? + you created a new thread while there are another old threads where people talking and teaching you how to use it.

    I have red subscription, but pip still not work with youtube official app.
    I just tested chrome full screen play, google maps navigation, pocket casts, in these apps pip works well.
