Im not sure but I think HDR is High Dynamic Range so nothing is underexposed or overexposed in a picture. It takes multiple pictures at different exposures to do this. HQ I think just removed the noise in darker pictures

Thanks. Ya, I'm familiar with HDR but am not sure what HD is supposed to be. You might be right.

the main difference would be that HD mode doesnt care about the underexposure and overexposure while HDR does. this only difference can make a noticible difference

You're clearly also familiar with the 'New Thread' button. Less so with the search bar, which is right above it.

That "HQ" button should have some kind of (optional) introduction. I believe it's impossible to see it the first time and know what it's about.

I may or may not be a smartass, but I rarely resurrect 4-month old zombie threads for no reason.

    What's your excuse?

My excuse? why should I need one? I need some help, I post it. Has it come to your sarcastic mind that I've searched in the old posts and not found the answer I was looking for? There's a reason this community was created, for sharing infos, if you hate sharing or helping, you'd better keep your sarcastic joke to yourself. It might be funny reading it the first time, but it shows what sad life you're leading after reading it in many threads. Hope it answers what you're wondering of my reasons.
