    Hello People.

It's been 3 months approximately I am using OnePlus 7T and I noticed one thing that my phone sometimes asks me to enter Phone PIN to unlock the phone.

Is it because my phone restarts automatically?

I am not aware what exactly is the issue.

    Kindly advise me on this.

    Thank you.

    This is no issue.

every once in a while it'll ask for the PIN. If you read the message on the screen it will tell you why

for security purposes it asks for pin or pattern sometimes nothing to worry about
additionally it is for to remember your password.. not to forget

Once in a while, your phone will ask you to enter your pin code or to draw your pattern in order to remember it.

One more fact : If you are using Lockdown mode once a week ( or maybe in couple of weeks), then the device won't randomly ask for pin/ password etc. It is like there is a timer ( assuming idk if there is any in real) which automatically when runs out, the device triggers manual confirmation overriding biometric authentication. But as I explained if you happen to be using the Lockdown mode, the timer gets a reset and this way it doesn't randomly ask for the pin or password...

You're welcome and if you didn't knew here is one more thing you should know...

If you have multiple users to reach back, use +Quote button (in place of reply) for every user you want to say something and then in the comment (message like icon) button ( which will appear on the bottom when you quote) add all of them.

You can quote one person and then write something for him/her above or below the quote if you wish to do so (just don't mess with quote tags between square brackets , however you can change the content between those tags if you wish, see the example I have given in the end) and then you can add next one and so on

    Example:

Thank you for letting me know !?!!!.
