Pink color tint spreading intermittently on screen while watching Youtube

    Hi, I am 1+ 3t user and last week I bought OnePlus TV Q1. I am happy with overall quality but after using it for 2-3 days now I am seeing pink color tint while watching you tube videos intermittently and I have to restart TV or YouTube to fix it, this is spoiling overall experience. I hope this is software issue and some body from OnePlus TV team aware about it and actively working on a fix!
    Please let me know any workaround or if I need to try anything to help fix this issue.

    Hey... Sorry to hear that man.... And yes few other users too have faced this pink color issue while watching Youtube.
    OnePlus developers have acknowledged the issue and said that they have found the root cause. Should be solved in the next OTA.

    Is this problem happening for all users/tv? I have replacement window till few days, should I get replacement that may fix this issue?

    I also experiencing the same issue since, 2- 4 days I am seeing pink color tint while watching videos connected to internet i.e ,primevideo,youtube,hotstar.

    Please suggest is it bug or can be fixed?.

    Yes many other users have faced this... OnePlus will be fixing this bug. Temporarily try changing the Picture mode during such instance or a quick restart.

    @Fany G. Posted a root cause and solution to this pink color issue on some other thread I had copied it here so it might be helpful for other users who are facing similar issue.

    What I believe, you need to set flesh tone setting manually once under picture setting->advance settings to fix this issue.

    I am getting this issue too. Switching picture mode is quick work around. But having this issue in such high end TV is not desirable.

    Hi OnePlus Community,

    I faced the same issue while watching a Samsung UHD Video on YouTube..I though that it might be because of the Lack of Internet Connection or just a glitch in the Video but now after watching this Thread,It's a Damn Serious Problem..

    We all want to acknowledge OnePlus TV Team about this issue & to be fixed ASAP..

    As mentioned above by @op3t_u, one of the team member has acknowledged the issue and this will be resolved in the next update as the root cause has been found too. I understand that this has been an inconvenience for many users.
