    OnePlus should take full responsibility for this. My phone is just 15months old 🥺
    Now I have to pay 14k display , phone price has been dropped. I'm paying almost half of phone price just for screen.

    If I can contact any person regarding this let me know.

    I'm getting annoyed with OnePlus phone now #fixdamnscreen

    Mine was Android 12 then I asked with customer care, suggested me to downgrade , which I did .
    Still have those vertical green lines

    Yes, even I was thinking the same. First time those line appeared (after update 3-4says later) I thought I screwed up or something.
    Never had applied any kind of pressure on screen or dropped from heights
    This is annoying (they'll replace screen if u have warranty)

    I updated my one plus 8t to android 12 yesterday and now I'm experiencing display issues. A purple and green line appeared and they look permanent. I visited the local store, and they said the only fix is to change the display which cost around 15k. I have not dropped my phone, nor does the phone have any physical damage. I request one plus to look into this.

    OnePlus is destroying our phones with updates in order to purchase the new phones.... They removed)broken lot of features since the first update.

    Because it's hardware issue (faulty display). It won't disappear after os upgrade...

    Yes thank you and it's very sad my only option is to replace the display which is going to cause half of the price only after using it for one year.
