First time OnePlus user here. I got a new 8t last week and moved my apps/configurations from Pixel 3 to OnePlus 8T. I am not able to use GooglePay because the device is not certified. Tried the following steps:
    1. Reset all relevant caches (Playstore, Play services, Services Framework, Google App)
    2. Followed steps here: https://gadgetstouse.com/blog/2021/...le-error-how-to-check-your-device-and-fix-it/
    3. Did hard reset

I am also having this exact same problem. I had also just recently purchased this phone and I can not install Netflix nor Disney Plus.

Same issue here. Did the update lastnight to 11.0.9.9 on my 1+8 and now get this error. When trying to complete the Google Services Framework Android ID it says already registered. Hope they fix this soon.
