    I am always having this issue when I clean my phone after flashing brand new.

    What works for me seems to be a combination of clearing cache/data, then stopping updates in the app, then force stopping the app, and if that doesn't work, rebooting.

    You have to manually stop updates though.

    I think the issue lies in Play Services being last in priority for updating, which is ironic because it is needed to first download and update apps.

    I'm also facing the same problem ..I purchased one plus 6t today...sometimes it downloads.. sometimes it doesn't ..never expected this from one plus..i was using 5t now I'm facing issues with 6t

    I purchased a new OnePlus 6T today, and now while trying to setup my new device - unable to download apps from the PlayStore.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Anyone had battery problem..(unboxed the phone with 50% and used till 40%) I was switching and backuping apps and datas.. the charge was draining very fast.. so i charged and made it 100%.. the battery was draining very fast.. with 85% it says 4hrs left.. I was shocked and switched off the mobile and charging it to 100 %

    Same issue here, apps dont download on data nor on wifi, tried almost every solution on the internet except resetting the phone, which I dont want to do. Seeing this thread seems something Oneplus needs to look at.

    a little different issue for me, as apps do download but there is no notification of apps being downloaded, I have reset the app preferences but still no luck...,
