    Whenever I open Playstore app, it doesn't open. I am really facing a lot of difficulties for downloading any app.

    Clear it's cache and storage and uninstall it's update and then restart your phone once and check

    Tap and hold on the app, click on app info and then force stop it and try again to open it.

    Btw What is your Oxygen OS version?

    Ok,
    Clear the storage of the Google Play Services app
    If you using OnePlus launcher, clear it cache and storage too
    And RESTART the Phone once.

    If it doesn't work better to report it here
    https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback

    And send feedback to Google also

    I am facing an issue. every time i clear cache and data and then restart the phone, play store downloads one app and then the same problem of "waiting to download" occurs.

    Try the following, Clear the App info Cache and App info Storage for all 3 items

    Google Playstore
    Google Play services
    Google Services Framework (Search in Setting for this)

    See if this rectifies the issue.

    You can then try to update your Google Play System Update if there is one available in Settings, Security and Lockscreen

    I was having the same problem. And nobody really help me, but I fixed, it was only that the wifi an 4g was deactivated. I have the phone in Spanish bc I'm Argentine, but maybe you can figure out better with this image:

    Open Playstore, go to Settings, App download preference and select Over Any Network.

    Clear the Playstore App info Cache and App info Storage.

    Restart the phone

    Then set to Over Any Network again, see if that helps.
