    Hi, I have 32" One Plus TV Y series. I am getting a message "Please scan channels" and no key in the remote is working

    Remote works because it is used to switch ON and I just installed the new TV with their batteries. It worked for one day. And yes, even Home button is not working. It is stuck at "Please scan channels"

    Restarted multiple times, is there a reboot option available or we can start from scratch

    Hey,
    Try this
    • Turn Off TV
    • Turn ON with 1+ and Vol + button pressed together
    • Should get you to recovery options
    • Select Factory Reset.
