What troubleshooting have you done?
Why are you asking OnePlus to solve the Issue? It is Netflix that has developed the app.

I had this problem on a previous device. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and it worked fine
the 2nd point is true, yes but it pre includes it Netflix app so maybe they can look into this?
The question is why is it preinstalled it's available from the play store
it's not preincluded on yours?
Nope activated with Indian sim, but it's probably lurking somewhere in the OS
Try clearing data and cache of the apps. Or you can uninstall and reinstall the apps again. I'm sure that will rectify your problem.
