PLS HELP ME

    my network bar is empty for both Sim cards and it says no service. though they work good in other phones. And whenever I try to make a cellular call it shows "turn off airplane mode to make a call" though it's turned off. I'm suffering for the last 8 months, someone told me that wait for future updates it shall be okay but didn't work. PS: my warranty is over and I hard reset my phone several times. as an eSport player I have to play so many tournaments with the cellular network so pls help meee OP community [e]1f62d[/e]

    In all this, did you try taking it to the service center and getting it checked?
    And what happens if you use another sim in your phone?

    same problem shows up and I didn't try to take it to service center because my warranty is over.

    You had the issue for 8 months! That was within warranty period! Who told you to wait!?
    Now take it to the service center and get it checked.

    Also, you can try clean flashing the latest build before you take it to the service center.

    I shifted from hydrogen to oxygen recently but didn't work. thinking it might be a software problem (rom bug ) so didn't want to go to service center plus I live in Bangladesh and there is no official OnePlus servicing center. my brother bought this phone from China .

    yea I had been using both the Sim card properly . after network reset this problem started

    Then ask the sim providers to give you the correct apn. Why did you do a network reset?

    what network providers are you using. Have you checked to make sure APN settings are correct?

    It should say something like
