The ads are pushed from an app you installed. Ada doesn't come from OOS itself.

As others said, track down the app that pushes ads to you. It's NOT OnePlus.

Other than that, I also recommend using AdGuard Private DNS servers.

    https://kb.adguard.com/en/dns/setup-guide#android
(In Network settings on your phone, look for "Private DNS" and put: dns.adguard.com )
It's sooo good. Basically a free, 100% adblock for your phone/Android device.

But wait, there is more! Me, personally, I use "Ice Box" from Play Store. It's an app that can "freeze" applications. I toss everything in there like **********, eBay, etc. This way they only run when I want them to. Great way to prevent unwanted notifications, battery drain, etc. The free version can do 5 apps I think, still enough for most junk stuff.

Ice Box also works great for root hide. I put the carrier app (that hates root) and Magisk repackaged in there and this way the carrier app works just fine. Good luck, OP!

Should not download or click unknown links which may contain malicious, malware bugs and OnePlus os is bloatware free means the os is free from ads.so it's not the os problem. If you can't solve it then just rest your mobile it's only the way to solve your problem.
