    arjundshanky, Feb 4, 2019 :
Smartphones have started becoming natural part of our daily lives, but they still don't feel natural in our hands while using them. Sometimes you have to use both hands or adjust your hand to do certain actions in single hand mode. It would come to us as no surprise that a single hand gesture in the natural position of holding the phone will change the way people use the smartphone.

    Who are the users?
    Multi-tasker, Travellers, Readers

    What is the proposed function?
The proposed function is to have swipe sensor at natural position of index finger on the back panel of the phone. (Something like the fingerprint sensor in oneplus 6 or a hidden sensor on back like OnePlus 6T hidden fingerprint scanner ) which will be used for single hand operations like back, front, swipe left/right the homescreen, scrolling up/down on webpages, app drawer, email, instagram scroll and like, facebook, kindle application, camera capture etc.

    What is the user value?
The user will have more power to work seamlessly with one hand than using two. The screen tap and scroll will be reduced making it easier and faster for user to navigate and consume content on the device.

    Who has this feature?
Google Pixel and Pixel XL, apart from that a few Huawei devices.

This would require a hardware revision, though, and wouldn't really work on the current flagship (6T)

Agreed, but if not this time, I will be happy to help and get this feature in full glory to the future one plus releases.
