    Who are the users?
    Everyone who receives SPAM calls.

    What is the proposed function?

Add a option to the incoming call screen to send calls to the ether. The caller will be disconnected rather than sent to voicemail.

    What is the user value?

This is to prevent spam callers from leaving voicemail messages

If there are existing comparable functions in the smartphone industry, how is your proposed feature superior?

Existing options are to answer, send to voicemail, or send a text message. Potentially, this should be paired with a built in caller ID function so that users are alerted of crowd-sourced SPAM calls prior to answering them.

Also - configurable pre-sets to send caller to simply disconnect, torture chamber phone tree call recording, or play a recorded message and then disconnect the call without the option to leave voicemail.
