    Introduction-

Everyone does multitasking. As the device's are capable of doing multitasking switching apps is common. Multitasking is one of the most essential function of the smartphones. We switch apps using the recent key. But the issue is only one app is displayed in the recent menu. Introducing the Grid menu. More apps in one screen.

    Who are the users?

Everyone because it is a most essential feature

    What is the proposed function?

The proposed function is a feature called Grid menu. Due to this feature a user can can see nearly seven recently used apps! in a single a view and five frequently used apps! and swiping up from that region app drawer will pop up.

    What is the user value?

This feature would be highly beneficial to users since this feature would save their precious time and energy. This feature would even save the user from the hassle of finding the recent apps and even they can access the frequently used apps and app drawer. I guarantee that the users will surely give a feedback that this is the best feature.

If there are existing comparable functions in the smartphone industry how is your proposed feature superior?

There is no phone to date that has such a feature in their mobile OS. Which means the OnePlus could be the first in the world to have such a feature.

Explain the logic behind this product and how you want it to be implemented.

The main intention of this feature is to provide as many recent apps as possible in a single view and some amazing features like frequently used apps, app drawer etc.
This feature can be implemented by making changes in the current recent menu. Like adding seven recent app cards, some gestures, frequently used apps, app drawer etc.

Include directions and details via diagram sketches. Draw each screen and show the flow from screen to screen.

    Horizontal scrolling is done here.

Does it contribute to a burdenless experience.

Off course, it does not create any kind of distraction. It is most essential feature to the user.

How will different parts of existing OS interact with this new feature?

This feature does not need a standalone app as it will only interact with the recent menu.

What will the user experience be like? Does the current flow result in the optimal user journey?

The interface is simple, modern and intuitive for anyone to use without being confusing. Some amount of changes can be made in this feature. The design can be altered to make look minimalistic, modern, flat, with rounded edges etc as the OnePlus has a team of experts as they can do the best.

    Thank you,

Lots of love from me to OnePlus.
