    What is the idea?
Auto Rotate is a hassle more than a feature, most users disable it,you want to view an image in landscape mode so you have to first disable the Orientation lock and then tilt your phone to view it in landscape mode, but after doing that you don't want your phone to switch from landscape to portrait while doing other activities so you have to go to the notification panel and disable it again but there can be a very easy and simple solution to this problem which will do all that in one click.
If you leave Orientation lock off then it just changes the mode even if you don't want it to.

    Who are the users?
-It is an user experience improvement feature which everyone can Enjoy.

    What is the Proposed function?
-While the Automatic Orientation option is Locked ie. (The phone wont change the Orientation from Potrait to landscape mode or vice-versa even if you physically rotate the phone.) This function will give the user a non intrusive prompt to change the Orientation so that the user doesn't have to open the notification panel disable Orientation lock and then change the mode from portrait to landscape and the lock the Orientation again. It will automatically change the Orientation and lock it.If you want to go to portrait mode again, then just tilt the phone again you will get the prompt, click it and the phone will automatically change the Orientation and lock the Orientation to that mode.
It will work system wide,it will be a part of the UI.

    What is the user value?
This Feature saves the user time, the amount of actions Performed are reduced from 5 to 1.
This will be a day to day use feature easing the life of every user.
Auto rotate is one of the most annoying features in its current state.
