    Hi,
I have been facing pocket mode issue since a week. It is showing pocket mode in normal use as well. Tried removing back cover as well . I didn't help. Had to swipe the top part of the screen and it wasn't that big of an issue earlier. But now this issue is causing major problem while on call as I cannot turn on speaker on call becuz of pocket mode and u can't drop the call as well.
P.s: using phone without back cover and tried cleaning screen multiple times.

Temporarily turn off Pocket mode in Settings, Utilities. This will get you around the issue for now.

Then contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for Email, Phone contact and online Chat details.

Download and install the OnePlus Care app from the Google Play Store and custom diagnose the proximity sensor in your phone.

    Hi,
I am facing the same issue for the last few weeks, and really it's very frustrating. Is there any permanent solution for this issue?
Hoping to get some kind of help from OP tech team soon.

    Thanking you in advance.

Pocket mode is controlled by the proximity sensor. As the original poster noted, the first item to check is whether the sensor is being blocked: by a case, a screen protector, perhaps some dust or fingerprint residue. (The sensor on the Nord should be at the top of the screen, to the right of the speaker grill.)

Also as mentioned above, you can just turn off pocket mode in the settings if it continues to be a problem.

(BTW, this forum is just for users, the OP tech team does not monitor posts here.)
