    Hi
first of all I'm in love with the new OnePlus 7 pro
but the pocket mode feature is missing as it was available on previous devices. the camera pops up in my pocket and many frequent wrong dials happening.kindly look into it.
    thanks.

    Pocket mode is not magic...
Previously it used the proximity sensor and the front camera to detect that the device was in the pocket...
With 6T it was only the front camera...
With 7 pro, there is no sensor left on the front of the phone to detect a thing...
And you can not use the rear camera as they get covered by hands while in use...
So please think on how can such feature exist on your phone before asking for it!!! [IMG]

And his other problems? Sound horrible. Especially the dialing part, which however I did not understand.

still their should be some alternative to it
because they are lost of accidental touches
and I even fear damaging my pop up camera mechanism while in pocket
I know it's not magic. That means I'll have to turn off the face unlock.

    You should...
As that can reduce the overall life span of the phone...
Face unlock can increase the times that the camera pops up exponentially...

there is a proximity sensor test in the factory test mode - on the OP7Pro there are listed tests for the infrared proximity test, tp proximity test, and ultrasonic proximity test. The IR proxy test works detecting close objects - it seems to be in the screen near the top (some pixels flash green for the test to show you where). The other tests seem to require a test rig.
